I don't think that's a concidence, Guy. So long as the troops and
weapons are adequate a large number will always beat a small number.

The French Char B1 bis was a good tank but there weren't enough of
them and the French used them in small numbers. Result- they got
overwhelmed by all those Pzkw Is & IIs.
