It's a nice fantasy design, but you seem to be suffering from "invasion of the clone women from the future" (now there's a good fantasy title). I like the railway-style roadwheels which are a nice period detail.
It looks like something that might come up in the "Girl Genius" webcomic I follow (http://www.girlgeniusonline.com/comic). Your design seems sturdy and stylish but providing inadequate protection for people up top (a bit like many of the heroine's garments...).
