Subject: [TANKS] Sherman suspension update
Attached are pictures of my suspension prototype for the HVSS Sherman.
I am trying to replicate the original suspension setup as best I can. The
suspension arms are cutout of 10mm aluminium plate (cost me half a carton
of
amber fluid) and the rest is me going made with the jigsaw.
Now that I have gotten this far I will try to replicate the ply with more
aluminium plate and have it welded for strength.
I will have to modify my paddlewheel drive sprocket to allow the front
bogie
to be able to flex upwards with out jamming.
