Simple, tanks carried a limited amount of shells, but machine gun bullets are very small. Who cares about price! realistic combat is what it is about. Do you use a tank shell to shoot a infantry man or a bullet? The combat scenario is can the tank protect or attack the infantry soldier. The mini machine gun can hold 100+ shells. If a tank gets through there is Hell to pay for the infantry. Your job is to protect or attack. realism will make the combat more intense. Doug
