It's 1/2" PVC sheet. It would take A LOT of heat to do that. I thought about baking it in an oven for a bit, but didn't want PVC taste in my oven... :) Next summer I may just lay it out in the sun on a flat surface. I may be able to salvage it somehow. It's about a 18"x18" piece so it's not a huge loss. I was able to cut all the other pieces around it.
