I think this rig looks pretty good. Everything you've selected is from
quality manufactures with good reviews on NewEgg. As far as I can tell
everything should be compatible.

The power supply you have is a beast and will be more then adequate
(50A 12V Rail!). As for your CPU cooler, I think the one you selected
is fine. As a few people mentioned in the reviews, its pretty big and
you may have to reverse the side the fan is on to prevent it from
touching/covering your memory slots. That combined with the 3 fans the
case come with should be more then sufficient for cooling, as long as
you do not plan on overclocking.

My only twos suggestions:

1) I would consider getting an SSD (solid state) hard drive. They are
more expensive, but you have a really nice rig, and it would be silly
to have your HDD be a bottleneck. The performance of an SSD vs a
regular HDD is very noticeable (when games are loading for example).
However, if you're trying to keep under $1k, it can always be an
upgrade later.

2) The monitor might be questionable. Its pretty low resolution. I
don't really know much about the picture quality, but with the the
graphics card you have you should be able to drive a much higher
resolution (at least 1920x1080)

I've always liked Dell Monitors:

More expensive, but Dell UltraSharp monitors are awesome:

Hope that helps and good luck!
