Last night I prototype'd a new suspension design on the workbench that I've
been kicking around in my head for the past couple years. This new design,
IMO, will make all existing suspension designs in the hobby obsolete
overnight. It is low cost, compact, made from common hardware store
items, and easy to fabricate requiring no welding or machining. I will of
course offer no design particulars until the new suspension is premiered on
the next Tyng combat vehicle. I may preview it at the upcoming Annapolis
Tankfest this February, but before I do that I'm going to investigate
patent options (yes, I think the idea is that good).
