Tyng Technologies announces that major chassis and suspension fabrication has been completed on the company’s next R/C combat vehicle project, designated Extreme. Project Extreme is a 1:6 scale Soviet T-70 light tank that is being built to highlight the latest in TyngTech R/C combat technologies. Leading the list of ground-breaking systems will be the new TyngTech T-Max suspension which is destined to become the platinum standard in active suspension design in the hobby (and other industries as well). The T-Max suspension is a robust, low parts count, easily fabricated sprung suspension system that uses off-the-shelf hardware. In addition, Project Extreme will be incorporating: - A compact 24V 1800 watt electric drive - LifePo4 battery pack - Cogged TTS - Compact cannon system based on Dangerous Power spool valve technology - An innovative bottom-feed ammo system of Tyng Industries design - Design and fabrication methods easily transferable to laser-cut mass production Tyng Industries looks forward to previewing the Project Extreme development chassis at the upcoming Annapolis 2013 R/C TankExpo this February 3rd. In addition, the company will be showcasing several compact motor candidates and a method of using Arduino H-Bridge modules to amplify the power output of low wattage motor drivers to useful current levels.
