Colonel,

Your inquiry has been examined by the Audit Committee and it would appear that the Jailers failed to fill out the proper paperwork immediately following each battle, as is required by the rules. As such, the Department of Scoring and Kickbacks was unable to ascertain the total number of mission points to be awarded and/or the responsible parties to be invoiced.

Usually, such a complete lack of paperwork would preclude the awarding of any points and would, in fact, be cause to penalize the participants who failed to adhere to all bureaucratic policies. However, since the event in question was the 10th Anniversary of the 1st Tyng Invitational and festivities altered the routine schedule, the Audit Committee has decided that Mission Points can be awarded post-event. Such adjustments have been made and will be invoiced to the appropriate accounts.

Oh Grand High Poobah of Points,

The jailers wish to know why they were not awarded the mission points
since they were successful in keeping the POW's from being rescued? Just
an informal inquiry. At this time.
