I'd consider any modern MBT to be a "Super Heavy" if built to 1:6 scale. 
 In regards to prototypes, I'd be all for allowing them if a manufacturer 
actually put torch to metal to start one.  If allowing prototypes gets only 
one new tank built and on the field, it'd be worth it  The hobby could only 
benefit 
IMO.
