Ive used sabertooths in the the past in CRC robotics. They work, but I dont
really like or trust them. Frankly im glad to be rid of them.

The venerable Victor 884s and 888s do work and for ~50$ each arent a bad
option, but they are out-dated by now.

Ive used the last generation Talon SRs from CrossTheRoadElectronics in
FIRST robotics with no problems for two seasons now. I really dont like
them for their built-to-a-price shortcuts, but they are dependable and
affordable. I havent tried the new generation Talon SRXs but have heard
good things about them.

Lastly, Hobbywing makes the Quickrun line of brushed ESCs available on
ebay. I have two here to play around with, but I havent tested them yet at
any real load.
