It's looking really good! Always loved the boxy design of the JagdTiger.

As for the outer track cleats I wouldn't advise MDF, it will absorb too 
much water, Hardboard or Masonite works well from my experience and is 
pretty water 'resistant'. For the inner cleats, go a good quality "A bond" 
plywood or use the same casting resin you are using for your drive 
sprockets. Both have held up pretty well for me.
