From: "Paul E. McKenney" <[email protected]> The TINY_RCU rcu_process_callbacks() function is only ever invoked from a softirq handler, which means that BH is already disabled. This commit therefore removes the redundant local_bh_disable() and local_bh_ennable() from this function.
