Hi Troy,

It is an excellent that you have instituted a mechanism to track and report
back on RDA content issues! 

I see that there is an option to "Check Ticket Status" for our own "support
requests complete with responses". Is there any way to make it possible for
everyone to be able to search *everyone's* content related support requests,
not just the ones we make ourselves. It would be very, very useful to know
the kinds of *content-related* questions that others have, and, even more
so, the official answers to those questions.
