Hello all! :-)

I'm on testing v1.1.11 with Slackware 11 and Cygwin 1.5.24-2 (Windows XP
SP2). Both machines run under VMware Server 1.03 on Windows XP SP2.

I've tried to create backups from a directory on Slackware and store it
in the Cygwin file system with:

rdiff-backup -v5 test4/                                  \
[EMAIL PROTECTED]::/cygdrive/c/cygwin/test4/

or

rdiff-backup -v5 test4/ [EMAIL PROTECTED]::/test4/

but rdiff-backup fails with:
------------------------------------------------------------
Fatal Error: File test4 does not look like an increment file.

Try restoring from an increment file (the filenames look like
"foobar.2001-09-01T04:49:04-07:00.diff").
Fatal Error: Lost connection to the remote system
------------------------------------------------------------

What happens here? I do NOT try to restore anything, a wish to create a
backup.

Thanks for your help! :-)

ciao Ralph
