Hi all,

Please consider giving the new 1.1.13 release a solid workout; perhaps
by looking into Dean's request for 1.0.x -> 1.1.13 upgrade experiences:
http://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/rdiff-backup-users/2007-08/msg00028.html

There have been a lot of improvements and bug fixes over these last few
months, and I think it's about time to promote devel to a new stable
branch and release 1.2.0.

Releasing a 1.2.0 and opening up 1.3.x will pave the way for more
extensive development such as the work Joe Beda was proposing in early July.

Before you begin testing, it is important to note that 1.1.13 is network
incompatible with 1.0.x and 1.1.x before 1.1.12.

Thanks,
Andrew
