Hi there,
I just rebuilt the RDKit 2010_12_01 built on my new machine.
The the instructions on
http://code.google.com/p/rdkit/wiki/BuildingWithCmake say to add
*Linux:* LD_LIBRARY_PATH: make sure it includes $RDBASE/bin and wherever the
boost shared libraries were installed
But my $RDBASE/bin is empty after the (successful, as far as I can tell)
build... is this some historic bit which needs to be removed?
Also what is the suggested install location for RDKIt...
I installed mine in /usr/local/src/RDKit_2010_12_1/ - if only because I
installed mine from source...
Cheers
JP
