Any idea why Chem.SDMolSupplier(molecules_file) is highlighted in red using
Eclipse IDE (pydev)?
Everything else (rdkit based) works fine (no error highlights) and the
PYTHONPATH is pointing to the RDBASE location.
This works well from the command line too.
Also I have from rdkit import Chem in my script.
