I used the Unirac system just once on a challenging job with hips/valleys and eyebrow vents and didn't like it particularly. Lots of specialty parts like cap strips, end caps, black anodized screws, cutting rails on the angle. I guess if I were a half-decent carpenter, I would have known all the calcs and tricks. In then end it looked sharp (no pun intended).

Has anyone done the racking with Unirac or DPW vs the specific sharp racking. Pros and Cons? I don't need true flush mount, and it won't be inspected. thanks jay peltz power _______________________________________________ List sponsored by Home Power magazine List Address: [email protected] Options & settings: http://lists.re-wrenches.org/options.cgi/re-wrenches-re-wrenches.org List-Archive: http://lists.re-wrenches.org/pipermail/re-wrenches-re-wrenches.org List rules & etiquette: www.re-wrenches.org/etiquette.htm Check out participant bios: www.members.re-wrenches.org _______________________________________________ List sponsored by Home Power magazine List Address: [email protected] Options & settings: http://lists.re-wrenches.org/options.cgi/re-wrenches-re-wrenches.org List-Archive: http://lists.re-wrenches.org/pipermail/re-wrenches-re-wrenches.org List rules & etiquette: www.re-wrenches.org/etiquette.htm Check out participant bios: www.members.re-wrenches.org
