Troy:
How are you planning on attaching the rubber boot to the roof sheeting? If
you attach with sheet metal screws, won't your screws penetrate into the
sheeting and trap the metal in place? If you glue it, you are dependant on
the glue. I see the overall concept, but don't see how to attach a boot
(pop rivets???).
