I have trouble shot system shut downs under load a few times and so far they have come down to loose battery connections, somewhere in the system, maybe at the shunt for example or the other was a defective Circuit Breaker.

Check if the washer is plugged into a GFIC & ck the bonding/grounds in the distribution panel & the grnd rod or rods.
