I am not sure if the HU disco can be certified to the same standard or not, but 
the integrated AC / DC disco employed by the PV Powered inverter(s) has been 
tested and certified to the UL98 standard - "Enclosed and Dead-front Switches".
 
Again, I have no familiarity with this standard or it's requirements, but one 
would think that the HU disco's could fall into that category.

We've been successful (at least with PVPowered inverters) in having the AC/DC 
disconnects in the inverter recognized as the required lockable disc in some 
jurisdictions. The PVPowered  on, off, AC, DC switch is lockable......... Just 
keep it close to the utility meter.
