Dana, http://watermaster.eu.com/ I am still running a WaterMaster system on the HUPs 1690AH that I work with. These fill caps have a little flip cover and narrow port through the cap so you can get at the electrolyte without takiing the cap off the battery. These have been very reliable fill caps using the gravity feed. I don't have any idea what is going on with the distribution of the product from Europe.
