Hi All, I've got a client who is thinking of getting a heat pump hot water heater. Wanted me to confirm that it would save him kwh per year over a standard tank unit. Yes it will, or so all the numbers say for his area etc.
But I cannot figure out ( or find out) how to compare the energy factor 2.2 in full heat pump mode vs the .91 in electric element mode?
