Ray,
As I prefer sine waveform, I haven't built a system with a DR in ten years and have never used a TR. However, we just installed a modern system for the new owner of a home that had previously run a TR1512 for years. The old system - which was seriously non-Code funky - showed none of those symptoms. Sure, it had fried the customer's MacBook, but at least the voltage was stable. Could it be a combination of a defective unit and a clueless tech support newbie? "Switch to incandescents?" That's a new one, good for the record books. My BS detector just went off the scale... Can you ask "to speak to your supervisor" and get a warranty replacement to try? Allan
