Can anyone point me to code references for 12Vdc nominal PV circuits powering equipment like PV direct DC pumps and charging small batteries for DC motors like those used in window shutters? Specifically I'm looking for permitted wiring methods inside structures. A local AHJ asked me for advice about other trades engaging in these "tiny" PV systems that range from 5-40W.
