Also for those not having drinking water, there is a small device called a WAPI, Water Pasteurization Indicator that used to be available from Solar Cookers International. There is a U-Tube explaining its use: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yBrJK8kzcuc Solar Cookers International suggests using it in a a solar oven (corner reflective surface inside a clear plastic turkey baking bag).
