Good Advice Bill! We use the Fujitsu offgrid and it is over 30 SEER and amazing at heating also. The maintenance on an indoor wall unit is not easy for sure. Best not to let it go too long. What do you have to do to get the floor unit open and clean the fan? I have never tried one. --Dave
