Wrenches As I recall the LEZETi has a SEER of 32 or better, High voltage DC motor and compressor, very quiet and it does have the long fan no different then other Split units and depending on operator, you might need to clean it once a year and that takes only a few minutes. Our utility has eliminated NEM's so the LEZETi is a good option as it does qualify for both state and federal tax credits and doesn't require an NEM approval. During the day with three modules the demand from the utiltiy can be as little as 1 amp, I have one of the older units and my electric bill with the LEZETi on only goes up 10.00 and we pay close to 35 cents a kWh. LEZETi may help if you are involved in a HERS rated home new construction. Its true that one size does not fit all and it may not be perfect for everyone, l have seen these units in schools and have performed very well. to each there own. Jerry
