The very first time I saw UniRac's 'new' extruded aluminum hub at a show I figured it would fail over time, and I was assured that it wouldn't. It did.

My best suggestion would be to talk with Jeff Randall at Solar Rackworks in Albuquerque. He welcomes custom work and produces beautiful racks. He was the VP and lead engineer at DP&W.
