It looks like Everest racking, but is a slightly different profile than
what they are currently making. The hardware is similar (heavy hex head
bolts) but also different. It could be a totally different brand I've
never seen though. If its Everest, I have some misc parts, but no
rails. They definitely have a tilt option that I've used and was happy
with.

The existing array is set at 30º, and at our 36º latitude it should be
set at 40-45º for better winter gain. Can you suggest the specific
model of fixed or adjustable back leg to raise these six modules up?
