Hi August, The limitation with the Sunny Island, (if you don't go 3 phase), is a quad stack of 6048s in a 120/240 system last I checked. I think you can double that with your islanded Sunny Boys. The 6048 had a ridiculously high surge rating so it can cover pretty high loads.
If you go 3 phase with the multicluster box its above 100 kW. We have done a 64 kWh Blue Ion and it seems to work extremely well. The Sunny Island SOC algorithm and Blue Ion SOC don't track perfectly but both are useful. I think you can stack 10 x 8048 Radians but AC coupling then becomes a problem. Good luck with this.
