Use rope or I have nylon straps w/ snaps that I use, if the cells are bolted, 
otherwise sawzall the interconnects and a rope thru the bolt holes, n lift. 
There are times that I will hit the case w/ a large hammer to start the removal 
of individual cells. When installing new cells silicone spray or dish soap will 
ease installation.
