Adding to Bill,

You need to find out what caused the LBCO? A battery
summary screen will "show" when this happened in the 24 hour day? It may
have nothing to do with the battery and may be load related? Since they are
7 years old, they may have good SG but very little capacity left!

Jeremy,

My response is welcome to the world of FLA batteries. I see
variations like this all the time. Are you using a refractometer or
hydrometer, are all the cells same manufacture date, are some cells warmer
than others, terminal connections all clean? I've tried "correcting" this
from happening many times to no avail or marginal help despite longer
absorb times or EQ-ing. Some of the packs I maintain have different
manufacture dates within the pack which I've assumed may have an affect.

1.275 SG on all the batteries but one, which has cell readings slightly

residence. It's shutting down with LBCO error. I need to go check the
site, but I'd expect a dead or weak cell here. What else can be checked ,
battery wise?
