Hello Wrenches,

I am setting up my first XW Pro in an off-grid dual generator config. I did not
intend on the Pro version but it was all I could obtain for this job. On AC1
With the factory default settings of 55/65 Hz min max, and the gen running at
62 Hz unloaded it just refused to qualify the power even though it was within
spec. By lowering RPM to 61.5 Hz it then will qualify fine. Curious. AC2 does
not have this issue even small portable gens will synch and charge fine.

The challenge I am having now is sometimes it will qualify the generator power,
engage and charge, but sometimes it will just engage AC Passthrough and refuse
to charge, either manual gen run or automatic by low battery condition.
Obviously a problem when gen auto starts but then refuses to charge.

Is there a way to program this inverter to be more off-grid friendly? I am
assuming AC1 which is normally for grid input has a lot tighter tolerances,
even if programming suggests otherwise.

Thanks,
Kevin
