I am unable to log onto the SMA Sunny Portal. I called tech support and received some vague information about a new server and “merging accounts” but when pressed for details I was provided none. I was told my problem would be escalated to a second level but it’s been almost a week and I have not heard a thing. Anyone else having problems with Sunny Portal? What is this world of ours coming to? It seems tech support is falling apart in every product line.
