SMA monitoring is alive and well. They did migrate to a new platform.
It’s called EnnexOS. Depending on the age of your install it might need
some attention getting you to the new OS. If it's a commercial install you
will have to upgrade to their new Datalogger, as the old ClusterController
isn’t compatible.
With persistence and patience, my experience with SMA remains great.
