If it's an Enphase-based SunPower system, Enphase has a program to transition owners to their Enlighten portal. The customer pays Enphase directly and their field service techs will install a Gateway and get it programmed to work with the SunPower branded microinverters. I do not believe this retains any history, however.
The cost is not inconsequential, but it's essentially necessary to ensure things are working correctly.
