Aloha All,

Anyone got a good contact inside Solaredge they would care to share
off-list?

I need to talk to someone who can make stuff happen. Support and
their management team can not handle my simple request for a firm ETA or
the promise of expedited service for this one support ticket and it is
becoming a big problem for me and my client.

It is about getting a RMA replacement inverter sent out in a timely manner,
not the 1-2 months it has been taking or at the minimum a firm ETA. I have
been wrestling with them for 15 days now. The RMA was approved on June
11th. A real-estate deal hangs in the balance. Ughh.
