| I’ve had the same issue on a couple of sites. Firmware version 20606/20611. I’ve had it on previous versions as well. Random shut down, no events logged. Really makes for a happy customer! Especially when they are on vacation and away from the house. Tech support instructs to look for multiple N-G bonds, a weak ground and usually they question to ensure ferrite rings for ground and battery are both in the inverter cabinet. Despite having the above in place we have still had the same experience. I was looking forward to loading the newest firmware, but it sounds like others are still seeing the same problem with the most recent version. Hopefully Midnite get this sorted out soon, they don’t assign case numbers so I don’t think they have tools in place to track the frequency and commonality of reported issues.
