Im going to ask for some history and clarification here. I understand it to be that Midnitepower is not a part in any way shape or form with midnite solar. It was at one time, but no longer. They have different phone numbers, address, and staff, products etc.
And a question about Outback. I seem to remember that the old owners were basically abandoning the company and the guys from EG4 bought it. And when they bought it, the UL listing wasn’t transferrable. So they had to basically set up the company new again. I’m not shilling for them and I don’t think they have done anything close to a good job. But if my memory is correct, then just the basic existence of OB today is only because of the EG4. Someone please correct me if I’m wrong.
