I’ve thought about this, but I think there will be more than just text. There will probably be sample files, databases, etc.

Honestly, the wiki just doesn’t appeal to me much.  I’d personally prefer to write in word.   Can I give you a maybe?

I wonder if maybe Adobe might not donate something like robohelp.  I suspect that this might have everything needed (though I don’t know).  This would be great to create all different versions of the docs.

One option might be a private Wiki where people with Reactor knowledge can collaborate and build up the docs that way. Just an idea that seems like it would be easier than trying to coordinate multiple people working on the docs and submitting text to you that would need to be merged together.

Matt – thanks for the volunteering!

I've been thinking about how to best handle the docs.  I'm going to be outlining the whole thing first.  I might farm out some sections to volunteers such as you.  Either way, I'll probably ask for volunteers to proof read specific sections and find errors, etc.  Watch this channel for more info as I get to that point.

Hey Doug,

I haven't been active on this list, but have been following along. I can't promise I have much time, but I could volunteer to help write some of the docs for the 1.0 release. I've played with Reactor here and there and would like to learn more about it, so doing some digging and writing would be a good way to do this.

If you feel you have this under control, then that's great. But if you would like some help, then contact me off list to let me know what would be most useful.
