I presume you deleted all your project files? Doug

I am sure there is a simple solution. Can't be a real Reactor error, I am sure of that. But what is it then... Right now, I am thinking of some strange caching behaviour. The first error disappeared when I saved a file after putting a cfdump in it. When I removed the line a added, converting it back to the original state, the error was gone. So is there a way that CF caches files, even after restarting the server? What mode are you running reactor in? (i.e. production, development...) In reactor what is the value for this: <mode value="development" /> I have had several problems like this in the past, but they always end up having simple solutions. - Josh ------------------------------------------------ Joshua Scott Resonant Media Technologies, LLC. http://www.resonantmedia.com | http://ponderings.wordpress.com "It is impossible to get out of a problem by using the same type of thinking that it took to get into the problem." -- Albert Einstein -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Erik-Jan Jaquet Sent: Friday, April 28, 2006 3:39 PM To: [email protected] Subject: RE: [Reactor For CF] Strange problem after updating Reactor Strange things are happening here... While debugging, suddenly my error changed. The error now no longer says: Could not find the ColdFusion Component model.data.Gateway.UserGatewaymysql. That one is gone, but now I am looking at: The value returned from function createGateway() is not of type reactor.base.abstractGateway. I can not believe that this is really the case, but I really don't know what is happening... Any suggestions? Doug -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Erik-Jan Jaquet Sent: Friday, April 28, 2006 4:02 PM To: [email protected] Subject: [Reactor For CF] Strange problem after updating Reactor Hi all, With all of the updates to Reactor, I thought it would be wise to update one of the apps I am working on, that uses Model Glue with Reactor. I deleted all the current Reactor files, and copied the latest version from SubVersion in the directory. But now, when I run the app, I get the following error on initialization of the app: Could not find the ColdFusion Component model.data.Gateway.UserGatewaymysql. When I look at the directory, the file is there, but CF does not seem to find it. Have I made an obvious mistake, or is something else wrong here?
