I presume you deleted all your project files?

Subject: RE: [Reactor For CF] Strange problem after updating Reactor

I don't use mappings, I have both reactor, and Model Glue in the root of my
webserver (and it works, too, I seem to remember a conversation about that
;-)

So no mappings, and the mode is in development.

I am sure there is a simple solution. Can't be a real Reactor error, I am
sure of that. But what is it then...

Right now, I am thinking of some strange caching behaviour. The first error
disappeared when I saved a file after putting a cfdump in it. When I removed
the line a added, converting it back to the original state, the error was
gone. So is there a way that CF caches files, even after restarting the
server?

Thanks for your help,

Erik-Jan

Two questions:

Would your mappings have changed?
What mode are you running reactor in? (i.e. production, development...) In
reactor what is the value for this: <mode value="development" />

I have had several problems like this in the past, but they always end up
having simple solutions.

Subject: RE: [Reactor For CF] Strange problem after updating Reactor

Strange things are happening here... While debugging, suddenly my error
changed. The error now no longer says:

Could not find the ColdFusion Component model.data.Gateway.UserGatewaymysql.

That one is gone, but now I am looking at:

The value returned from function createGateway() is not of type
reactor.base.abstractGateway.

I can not believe that this is really the case, but I really don't know what
is happening... Any suggestions?

Kind regards,

Erik-Jan

Did you reload model-glue too?

Subject: [Reactor For CF] Strange problem after updating Reactor

Hi all,

With all of the updates to Reactor, I thought it would be wise to update one
of the apps I am working on, that uses Model Glue with Reactor.
I deleted all the current Reactor files, and copied the latest version from
SubVersion in the directory.
But now, when I run the app, I get the following error on initialization of
the app:

Could not find the ColdFusion Component model.data.Gateway.UserGatewaymysql.

When I look at the directory, the file is there, but CF does not seem to
find it. Have I made an obvious mistake, or is something else wrong here?

Hope you can help,

Kind regards,

Erik-Jan Jaquet
