Try making a copy of your old directory and name it something else then deploy the new version of reactor into the original directory. Then you do not need to update mappings etc.

A lot of data is cached by reactor and it could still be in ram. Josh - Have you tried restarting CF after the upgrade? Another thing is that CF might be holding on to old versions of CFC in its cfclasses directory. Also, one thing you do differently is download into a new directory. I don't do that. Anyone else having problems like this? What code is throwing the errors? What's different? Anything stick out?
