Yea - those text/xml return types have bitten me a few times for 6.1
compatibility.  

I would try the latest code from SVN.

I haven't actually tried it on 6.1 - I think I just mis-read somewhere that
ArrayAppend only works on XML nodes with 7, but I double-checked the docs
and that change is just listed as MX, so it probably does work fine.

Infact, someone on the Railo list mentioned that they'd got it working by
doing nothing more than changing some returntype's from text to xml, so I'm
going to start with a fresh copy and try doing just that and seeing what
happens.
