I
don't mind seeing chatter between the committers when work is ongoing. In
fact, it's kinda helpful to know what's being worked on and what state the
changes are in. My vote is to keep it here.

I could put together a small mailing list for submitting patches. I know
that Beth works with Oracle and Sean with MySQL. I do have a server
available where all the DBMS could be installed for simple tests, if that
would help.
