No, not currently.
Stick it in Trac though, it's a nice idea and shouldn't be that hard to 
implement (Reactor already has to load text from the file, why not load it 
from a variable)

Install Perl
type 'perl -MCPAN -eshell'
type 'install Dev::Bollocks'
and then use the following with your favourite email client's 'get sig by 
running a file' option:
