Not worried about the pdf, just that with so much work here at the moment on this project I am still comming to grips with Reactor so in time this question might have sounded stupid.

If you set up Jared's compiler.cfm thing, you will have one cfm page
you can call to generate all the objects defined in your reactor.xml
file. this sounds like what you are asking for. Plus it generates a
pdf doc for each cfc.
