You can always build all of the project files on another server and then copy them over.  You set up a test script that would demand all of the objects necessary and then copy them over to the production environment project folder.  You would have to make sure that you are referring to the same data source as production to make sure column types are the same.

In other words - if Reactor is in production mode, should it pre-build all the
components on startup rather than demand ?

I ask because we're returning TO's to a Flex app, and if the Reactor-managed
TOs aren't in place, the project specific ones have nothing to extend and it
all falls over.
