Should a new report be created, to spur a status review by RS?
No, this report is still current. There's not much that can be done
to spur a review; presumably the RS engineers will get to it as soon
as they can. Filing a new report would only dilute the impact of
this one, and clutter the bugbase, making it harder for the RS
engineers to get to anything.
